About The North East Mini Club

The NEMC is a North East based club for Mini enthusiasts to share information and the motoring experience of the Mini with each other.

We have weekly meetings to which everyone is welcome. These are held every Thursday from 7.30pm onwards at the Three Horse Shoes, near the Nissan plant, in Sunderland.

Additionally, we have day trips, runs and camping trips, as well as social events and a group dinner and party at Christmas.

We also arrange group convoys and camping arrangements to national events such as Mini In The Park, as well as arranging our own annual event, Mini Mania.

Our members are located throughout the North East and beyond. Join as a member and start enjoying the many benefits of our club. We welcome members from around the world and you do not need to own a Mini to join.

The club is run by the committee and supported by the club secretary. There are also a number of events organisers and other individuals who deal with specific activities within the club.

Our websites' forum provides an additional resource for those wishing to discuss Minis, buy and sell parts, or generally chat about anything! In addition, we publish our latest club news and upcoming events

Membership Fees

The Membership fees are as follows:

For an individual over the age of 12 - £10

A Couple's Membership - £15

A Family Membership - £20

N.B. Memberships expire on the 31st March each year.

How to Find Us

Follow signs from major routes to The Aircraft Museum and the Three Horse Shoes is just outside the Nissan Plant and Next Door to Sunderland Aircraft Museum. We meet every Thursday at 7.30pm.
